- We assess risks in our operations and supply chains, particularly in recruitment, training, and service delivery.
- We require all partners and suppliers to uphold the same high standards.

- We encourage the reporting of concerns through our whistleblowing process and will act on any issues immediately.
Responsibilities
- Directors and Senior Leadership are responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented.
- Managers must ensure staff and suppliers are aware of and comply with the policy.
- All staff must remain vigilant and report concerns without delay.
Reporting Concerns
If any employee, partner, or third party suspects modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with Pivt Group, they must report this immediately through our whistleblowing process.
Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with evolving best practices.
