These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pivt Group LTD website and your purchase or use of our coaching services, writing services, online courses, subscriptions, digital content and any related offerings (“Services”). By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Services” refers to all coaching, writing services, courses, subscriptions and digital products provided by us.
“Client”, “you” or “your” refers to the individual or business purchasing or using our Services.
“Agreement” refers to the contract formed between you and Pivt Group LTD when you purchase or access any Services.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing any Services, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to comply with the Terms throughout your use of our Services.
- You are aged 18 or over and have capacity to enter into a legal agreement.
4. Services We Provide
Pivt Group LTD offers a range of Services including:
- One-to-one and group coaching.
- Writing, editing, consultancy and content creation.
- Online courses, training programmes and workshops.
- Subscription memberships granting access to exclusive content, community features or resources.
- Digital products including templates, documents and downloadable materials.
- Specific descriptions of each Service are provided on the relevant product or sales pages.
5. Formation of Contract
When you place an order and we send confirmation by email, a binding contract is formed.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Prices, descriptions and availability of Services are displayed at the point of purchase and may change without notice.
6. Payment Terms
All prices are stated in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due in full upon purchase unless a written instalment plan has been agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
For subscription services, you authorise Pivt Group LTD to charge your chosen payment method automatically on each renewal date.
7. Subscriptions and Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the prevailing rate.
To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us.
No refunds are issued for partial months or unused access.
8. Refunds, Cancellations and Cooling-Off Period
Cooling-off period for consumers
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this time, you may cancel your contract and receive a full refund provided that the service has not begun and digital content has not been accessed.
Starting services within the cooling-off period
If you request or consent to the service beginning within the 14-day cooling-off period, you agree that:
Once delivery of the service or access to digital content has begun, you waive your statutory right to cancel.
If a service has partially commenced and you still cancel within the cooling-off period, we may deduct a reasonable amount proportionate to the work completed.
Where digital content has been accessed or downloaded, the right to cancel is lost and no refund is due.
Coaching and bespoke services
Payments for coaching and bespoke writing services are non-refundable once work has begun, irrespective of the cooling-off period.
Courses and digital products
Once you have been granted access to online courses, membership areas or downloadable materials, refunds cannot be issued.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Delivery of Services
Coaching sessions, courses and other Services may be delivered online, in person or via digital platforms as described.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver Services at the agreed times, but we do not guarantee availability of specific dates or outcomes.
Access to digital content is typically provided immediately after purchase unless stated otherwise.
10. Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during booking and communication.
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and engage appropriately with the Services.
- Treat all Pivt Group LTD representatives with respect.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services where inappropriate, abusive or harmful conduct is exhibited.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, course content, written deliverables, digital products, training materials and intellectual property created by Pivt Group LTD remain our exclusive property.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify or share any materials without our explicit written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of earnings, business disruption or data loss.
- Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant Service.
- We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or issues caused by external platforms or technology.
13. Disclaimers
Coaching, consultancy and training are developmental tools and not substitutes for medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee specific results.
Any examples of success or performance improvements are illustrative only.
14. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction belonging to the courts of England and Wales.
