Overview

This course explores the core skills required to lead, motivate and support individuals and teams. Learners will explore leadership styles, people management techniques and approaches to coaching, delegation and performance improvement. The course also examines culture, change, inclusion and how effective leadership behaviours influence organisational outcomes.
